简介 Description: Illustrator Emily found a silver-gray seal skin at Crescent Bay and met the Selkie boy Leo by chance. They agreed to spend seven days together in exchange for story materials. During their time together, they gradually developed feelings for each other. On the seventh day, Emily returned the sea garment, and Leo gave her a tidal pearl. Three months later, Leo returned and stayed by Emily's side at the seaside, creating a romantic legend of mutual pursuit.

之前上课听了同学们介绍的爱尔兰传说，海豹女的故事深深吸引了我。我想通过这个传说来改写一个跨越种族的爱情故事。

角色设计 Character Design
选择水彩风格来呈现这个故事相关的海边画面，主要原因是水彩的艺术特质与故事的氛围、主题高度契合。
水彩的透明晕染质感，营造出塞尔基传说的空灵浪漫。
水彩的色彩层次柔和，没有油画的厚重感。水彩的水痕、晕染效果如同潮汐的流动，能将“潮汐的语言”“海之衣的微光”这类抽象的故事元素视觉化，让大海的灵动与神秘具象呈现。
The choice of using watercolor to depict the seaside scenes related to this story is mainly due to the fact that the artistic characteristics of watercolor are highly compatible with the atmosphere and theme of the story.
The transparent and diffused texture of watercolor creates the ethereal and romantic atmosphere of the Serbian legend.
The soft color gradations of watercolor do not have the heaviness of oil painting. The water marks and diffusion effects of watercolor are like the flow of the tide, which can visualize abstract story elements such as "the language of the tide" and "the faint light of the sea's garment", making the agility and mystery of the sea appear in a concrete form.

逐帧绘制的时候画面衔接生硬，我进行了逐帧校准细节。水彩风格不够强烈，我下载了大量笔刷和素材来实验，选择最适合自己的。后续制作动画也可能会遇到各种问题，我也会努力解决。
When drawing frame by frame, the scene transitions were rather abrupt. I will calibrate the details frame by frame. The watercolor style is not strong enough. I downloaded a large number of brushes and materials for experimentation, and chose the ones that best suit me. In the subsequent animation production, I will also encounter various problems, and I will also strive to solve them.
